START.UP Germany Tour is going on now (October 25-28, 2020) and Lanthorn.ai was selected among a pool of other international startups. The 2020 program has three verticals: Mobility & Logistics, Insurtech, and Smart City. START.UP Tour provides an “opportunity to explore digitally and visually some of Germany’s most promising hotspots for both startups and “old economy”: North Rhine-Westphalia.” This exciting program involves IHK (the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Germany) and NRW.Invest as project partners.
55 startups, 20 countries, 4 days
55 Startups are participating in Tour 2020 from 20 countries, ranging from Saudi Arabia and China to the United States and Brazil. According to Heinz Herbert Dustmann, the President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dortmund, this year’s Tour is excited to welcome the 55 startups to the German region of North Rhine-Westphalia.
We hope to continue collaborating with the German startup ecosystem and economy. As Mirco Grubel commented, this year’s program offers a unique opportunity for startups to collaborate with established companies.
